January is the month to stay focused and continue to work towards those New Year’s resolutions and goals you have set for yourself. However, for all the good intentions many of us have when we ring in the New Year, only a very small fraction of us are able to keep our resolutions, a very mere 8% of people. One of my top goals for the New Year is to get into tip-top shape. I’m loving all of the Energy Zone workout gear that keeps me looking good while I get my sweat on achieving my goals.
